Resilient Dog Overcomes Adversity: Mama Girl Seeks Forever Home

In a heartwarming tale of survival and resilience, a dog named Mama Girl has defied the odds after being rescued from a brutal attack on the Gila River Indian Reservation in Laveen, Arizona.

Jordan Bader, a dedicated animal rescuer, took it upon herself to save the three-year-old pup when she saw a Facebook post about the injured dog in need of help.

A Harrowing Rescue and Miraculous Recovery

Bader obtained permission from a reservation official and rushed to the scene, where she found Mama Girl in critical condition. The dog had been attacked by a group of other canines and was unable to walk, on the verge of septic shock.

Despite the grim prognosis, Mama Girl was rushed to an emergency veterinary clinic, where her will to live and the skilled care of the veterinary team saved her life.

A Resilient Spirit and Loving Personality

Mama Girl’s resilience and loving nature have shone through during her recovery. Although the attack has left her wary of other dogs, she is described as a friendly and affectionate companion who loves everyone she meets.

She is also well-behaved, potty-trained, and not destructive, making her an ideal candidate for adoption.

A Chance at a Forever Home

Mama Girl is now spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on all her vaccinations.

A veterinarian has cleared her of any health issues, and she is ready to find her forever home. Bader, who has worked in animal rescue for six years, both independently and with organizations, is determined to find Mama Girl the loving family she deserves.

How to Adopt Mama Girl
